Sessile Right Colon Polyp

As techniques for laparoscopic right colon resection have become standardized, it has emerged as an attractive alternative to sequential polypectomies for extirpation of the benign, but large, sessile colon polyp. This chapter uses the example of a sessile polyp in the cecum to explore these alternatives.
