In Part I we introduced an approach to conditional anonymity based on pseudonyms (see Sect. 6.1). The disclosure of pseudonyms should be subject to organizational and technical purpose binding (see Sect. 7.2). In the following, an approach to technical purpose binding of pseudonym disclosure is developed. More specifically, pseudonym disclosure is subject to certain technically enforced conditions, where the technical enforcement of the conditions is implemented by cryptographic means.
