Abstract
The benchmarking study presented in this paper aims at improving the bid preparation process of three companies (2 SMEs and a workshop in a big company). It has been initialized and managed by GRAI/LAP and has been performed within the frame of the EUREKA (E) TIME GUIDE project (Tools and methods for Integration and for Management of the Evolution of industrial firms — GUIDing the Evolution).
