Abstract
The eyelids perform the vital functions of protecting, lubricating, and cleaning the ocular surface. Alteration in their structure or function may disrupt vision and require correction or modification. This chapter discusses developmental eyelid abnormalities, evaluation of these conditions, and management considerations for these disorders.
