Schlussfolgerung

Zusammenfassend lässt sich schlussfolgern, dass eine sonografisch neu aufgetretene Harnstauung (postoperativ oder nach Trauma) auch ohne klinisches Korrelat immer Anlass zur uroradiologischen Diagnostik sein muss.
