Abstract

When we received word from OCMA’s director that part of our contribution would not be displayed because it contained ‘offensive material,’ we first thought it was a joke. The ensuing discussions with the museum led to the disheartening conclusion that life thus far had not adequately prepared us to negotiate in this perilous situation.
