Abstract
In the south of the 14th arrondissement of Paris, a few steps from the Parc Montsouris, the picturesque neighbourhood of the Petit Montrouge is the setting of many townhouses and artist studios, among them the Villa Seurat and the studios of Planeix and Ozenfant.
