Abstract

Two different sorts of large-scale structure - foamlike structure and supercluster complexes — are identified. The existence of foamlike structure implies (a) such structure is now static (comoving) and (b) its formation predated galaxy formation. Possible mechanisms for creating the voids in the foamlike structure are discussed.
