Abstract
A Mobile Intelligent Agent based dynamic framework, which supports the automatic development and deployment of virtual enterprises in a competitive market driven environment is proposed. The framework comprises a visual interactive virtual enterprise creation and administration tool and a dynamically programmable information infrastructure providing the required communication services. The framework provides an easy to use flexible solution to establish and run virtual enterprises by transferring / outsourcing the problems of the technical realisation of the virtual enterprise constructs from the virtual enterprise participants to a dedicated third party service provider. The integration of the virtual enterprise creation, administration, and network management aspects into one framework enables a business-process-driven relationship between the service management and the network management layers, and simplifies considerably the complexity of running VEs. The solutions are well adapted to and support creativity within the future market of infoware products.
