Schlussfolgerung
Unsere Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Transfektion von anti-apoptotischen Genen zu einer Induktion der Angioneogenese in vitro und in vivo führte. Die Tatsache, dass die mutante Bcl-2-Variante mit Punktmutation bei G145A und damit interaktionunfähig zur Dimerisierung mit proapoptotisch wirkenden Bax eine sehr große Apoptose-Rate hat und gleichzeitig auch sehr große VEGF-Produktion zeigt, lässt vermuten, dass die Interaktion zwischen Angiogenese und Apoptose im Tumor nicht direkt voneinander abhängig ist, sondern am ehesten maßgeblich durch den Anteil an freiem Bax beeinflusst wird.
