26.10 Conclusion
Sling suspension of the bladder neck in neuropathic sphincter incontinence is a relatively easy and successful way to achieve urinary continence. It obviates the need for complicated intravesical procedures and can be combined with any other type of bladder surgery. In females, the transvaginal way is easy and success is nearly guaranteed.
