Zusammenfassung
Die zunehmende Anzahl der Langzeitüberlebenden und die Behandlung in speziellen Zentren in Distanz zum Wohnort sind Gründe, warum die Entwicklung neuer Kooperations-modelle mit niedergelassenen Kinderärzten und Allgemeinpraktikern zunehmend notwendiger wird. Auch übersteigt die Behandlung der langfristigen Spätfolgen die pädiatrische Kompetenz.
