Zusammenfassung

Parastomale Hernien sind ein häufig anzutreffendes Problem der Stomachirurgie. Nach dem britischen Kolorektalchirurgen Goligher findet sich bei nahezu jedem intestinalen Stoma ein gewisser Grad von Herniation, so dass eine Komplikation als nahezu unvermeidbar betrachtet werden muss (Goligher 1980).
