Zusammenfassung
Die Finanz- und Risikolehre gehört zu den dynamischsten Teildisziplinen der Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Sie stellt die zentrale Klammer zwischen der Volkswirtschaftslehre und Betriebswirtschaftslehre dar. Die Finanz- und Risikolehre erhebt einerseits den Anspruch, unmittelbar anwendbares und praktisch nützliches Wissen bereitzustellen. Andererseits ist sie bestrebt, komplexe Phänomene der Realität auf der Basis individuell rationaler Entscheidungen zu erklären. Der Beitrag zeichnet die Geschichte finanzwirtschaftlicher Ideen nach und beschreibt dabei jeweils ausführlich die Eckpfeiler des finanzwirtschaftlichen Denkens.
