The short period RS CVN stars: Starspots and fundamental properties

We apply a dark, circular starspot model to high-quality V-band light curves of short-period RS CVn binaries to parameterize their magnetic activity. We find that the primary eclipses are transits, which implies that both components are main-sequence stars.
