Abstract

  1. 1)

    What is important to help the formation of any MH + ion in PDMS ?

    on the sample molecule the intrinsic basicity of the function fixing the proton

    on the matrix molecule the acidity of the function giving the proton.

     
  4. 2)

    What is important to thelp the formation of a protonated peptide ? To break the intermolecular bonds between the different molecules of peptides using a matrix giving small intermolecular interactions sample-matrix and separating the peptide molelcules ones from the others.
