The development of Dirac Phenomenology is reviewed. The systematic features of the model are compared with the relativistic treatments of nuclear reactions and nuclear structure. The standard Lorentz scalar - Lorentz vector Dirac optical potentials are used in the analysis of proton, neutron and anti-proton scattering. The results of relativistic impulse approximation calculations are also presented. A new treatment of meson-nucleus scattering employing the Kemmer-Duffin-Petiau formalism is introduced and results of π± and K+ elastic scattering off 40Ca at 800 MeV/c are given.
