Antiproton nucleus scattering in the non-relativistic model

Elastic and inelastic antiproton nucleus scattering is analyzed with a microscopic optical model and OW g-matrix approximation. A complex, energy and density dependent g-matrix, with the purpose to serve as effective two-body interaction, is constructed. As input serve the Paris potential and the Dover-Richard potential together with experimental target density distributions. Comparisons are made for the complete set of available LEAR data which include differential cross sections as well as the first polarization data. We emphasize the parameter-free nature of the microscopic analyses.
