Abstract

A review of information on donor, acceptor, and resonant states in semimagnetic semiconductors Cd1–xMnxTe, Cd1-XMnXSe, and Hg1-xMnxTe is given. Theory of the impurity states is discussed on the basis of the band theory of semimagnetic semiconductors. The results of magnetooptical and transport experiments are presented.
