Shubnikov-de Haas effects in (Cd1−xMnx)3As2 alloys

Abstract

From the spin-splitting zeros of the Shubnikov-de Haas amplitudes we determined values of the exchange parameters α and β for x = 0.01, adopting the band parameter values of pure Cd3As2. Analysis of alloys with higher values of x indicate that the band gap varies rapidly with increasing Mn content. In the second part of this paper we present the Bodnar Hamiltonian including the exchange interaction, which leads to three,exchange parameters α, βt and β.
