Abstract

The Shubnikov-de Haas (ShdH) oscillations of the transverse magnetoresistance in the: n-type Pb1−xMnxTe mixed crystals (x = 0.02 and x = 0.04), have been investigated. The theory of magnetic energy levels including the exchange interaction has been developed and compared with experimental results. The exchange parameters have been estimated.
