Abstract

A comparison is made between various equivalent-photon formulas. It is explained, and shown numerically, why the Dalitz-Yennie (or Brodsky Kinoshita-Terazawa) version of the equivalent-photon approximation becomes unappropriate for photon-photon collision processes when the scattered electrons are tagged at finite angles.
