Abstract

The salient features of InAs-GaSb and In1-xGaxAs-GaSb1-yAsy superlattices are summarized, including theoretical treatments, MBE growth, characterization of materials and heterojunctions, optical absorption, Shubnikov-de Haas measurements, and observation of semiconductor-semimetal transitions.
