Transformations of phenolic antioxidants and the role of their products in the long-term properties of polyolefins

Abstract

Transformation mechanisms of the most important classes of phenolic antioxidants are given for the conditions of inhibited oxidation. Properties and importance of the main types of formed products are reviewed with respect to the long-term properties of polyolefins.
