Abstract

This review will be concerned with recent results presented at the Third International Conference on Clustering Aspects of Nuclear Structure and Nuclear Reactions which was held at the University of Manitoba from June 19 to 23, 1978. A large number of topics was discussed, e.g., clustering aspects of light nuclei and medium weight nuclei, coherent and incoherent cluster production in medium and high energy reactions, cluster transfer in heavy ion collisions, and clustering from the quark point of view. With such a diversity of topics covered, we have to be selective for the present presentation. Let it be reiterated that the selection is strictly a personal one.
