Abstract
The H ∞ tregions of the Large Magellanic Cloud with diameters D ≧25″≊ -6 pc delineate a clear spiral pattern corresponding to a ScIII-IVp galaxy. The supergiant HII complex 30 Doradus appears to be the mildly active nucleus of the LMC.
