Résumé
L’objectif du bilan urodynamique est de caractériser dans sa globalité la fonction urinaire des patientes. Le colpocystogramme et la colpocystodéfécographie sont particulièrement indiqués en cas de colpocèle postérieure pour démasquer une élytrocèle. L’IRM permet une évaluation statique et dynamique du plancher pelvien ainsi qu’une analyse morphologique des organes pelviens. Sa diffusion reste cependant limitée du fait de son coût et de sa réalisation en décubitus dorsal. L’échographie urétro-vésicale permet une visualisation directe des structures périurétrales, du sphincter vésical et de la base de la vessie. Elle permet d’évaluer la mobilité du col vésical et de l’urètre.
