Abstract
Surgical treatment of synovial lesions is dependent on the primary diagnosis. Therefore, essence lies in a thorough workup in a multidisciplinary counsel: from imaging and biopsy to surgical workup and combined therapy. This chapter discusses the workup for surgical treatment, depending on diagnosis.
