Abstract

This chapter discusses the possible causes of pulsatile tinnitus (PT). First the possible causes are classified into groups. The imaging strategy is explained, with the otoscopcally findings as starting point. Thereafter, only the vascular etiologies are highlighted in detail. Attention is also given to the neurointerventional treatment of some of these diseases.
