Abstract.

We discuss striking morphological features in the distribution of radial velocities of globular clusters of NGC 1399, the central galaxy in the Fornax cluster. We raise the hypotheses that the circular velocity is directly identifiable in this distribution and that the sample is contaminated by GC-like objects, which probably do not belong to the Fornax cluster.
