Abstract.
We find that there is an efficient way of generating high energy photons (from sub-GeV to 100 GeV) in fireballs of Gamma-Ray Bursts (GRBs). We present analytic theory of the phenomenon, obtain the expected spectra and derive their parameters. The radiation of this kind carries an essential information about GRB sources and can be detected by means of existing (or planned) instruments.
