Abstract.

This paper deals with the various data products ROSAT has produced during its 8.5 years lifetime. We present the catalogues of sources detected in the ROSAT All-Sky Survey and in the pointed observations and show some highlights of the ROSAT mission and what one can do with respect to mining the sky.
