Abstract

This project joined disease functional elements, creating a hybrid programmatic type. A new business incubator, a start-up manufacturing facility, and a corporate-training function were all to have their own discrete focus within shared common areas. The goal was to facilitate the exchange of ideas and sharing of resources while maintaining the intensity and focus of the individual areas. The sige was a level plane framed by geologic drumlins.
