MEASUREMENT OF DIFFUSION IN MACROMOLECULAR SYSTEMS: SOLUTE DIFFUSION IN POLYMERS SYSTEMS

  • Conference paper
Book cover Fluid Transport in Nanoporous Materials

Part of the book series: NATO Science Series II: Mathematics Physics and Chemistry ((NAII,volume 219))

Abstract

Diffusion is a macroscopic process by which relative motion takes place between the components of a mixture. Diffusion in polymers is relative motion, although the scale of diffusing molecules may be very different.
