Abstract
The nuclear terrorism is a difficult phenomenon and has been investigated insufficiently. The special approach is necessary for the decision of this problem. It is necessary to develop the system of effective practical actions on prevention of nuclear terrorism and its consequences for ecology, and also there is a necessity of development of actions on perfection of a legal protection of ecology. All countries of the world have to join actively in struggle against terrorism and consider a question of a legal protection of ecology with big responsibility.
