Abstract
Oil-bituminous rocks (OBR) are one of the alternative sources of hydrocarbon raw materials and its world stocks in counted to hydrocarbon part are 250–300 Mt. Rational use of OBR as energy source and raw materials for chemical synthesis requires beforehand extraction of organic part from OBR. The hydrogen and hydrogen-containing gases obtained from OBR by using radiation and heat components of nuclear energy is interesting for solution of problems of nuclear - hydrogen energetic and effective use of solid fuel.
