Abstract

The joint influence of a new plant growth regulator — zeastimulin and laser irradiation on the contents of mineral elements during the initial stages of growth of water culture grown maize plants was investigated. The treatments caused an increased and selective nutrient uptake of the maize seedlings, which resulted in growth stimulation and an enhanced development.
