Implementation of the Constitution: Evaluation Method and Impact Assessment

The year of 2012 marked the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of China’s current constitution. Over the past three decades, China’s constitutional community has carried out comprehensive and extensive studies revolving around the concept, approach, guarantee, and significance of constitutional implementation in accordance with stipulations of implementation of the current constitution and has reached certain results. Specifically speaking, the study results are made in the following aspects.
