Case Carcinoma Breast

Carcinoma breast is the most common cancer in females with an age specific risk [ASR] of 43.3 per 100,000 females and has been the most common cause of mortality among females with an ASR of 14.7 per 100,000 females in India. The chapter aims to summarize the case taking and examination in patients with carcinoma breast. The chapter also summarizes how to investigate a patient with carcinoma breast and how to derive a treatment plan for patients with carcinoma breast. The practical radiotherapy planning aspects of carcinoma breast are also summarized.
