Using Six Sigma to Optimize Fan Blade Structure

Abstract

In this paper take the wind turbine blade as an example, to expound Six Sigma theories which apply to optimize fan blade structure. Based on the Six Sigma optimal design, the assembling dimension tolerance accumulative analysis is carried out, so that the blade design can improve the quality of blade design and the success rate of the assembly, then reduce the cost and improve the enterprise efficiency.
