Abstract

This chapter talks about the evolving ICT regulatory scene in India. It shows the different directions and areas in which the key new areas of ICT are being actively promoted by the Indian government and regulatory authorities. India’s stance on ITA (Information Technology Act) for international trade is also discussed, and so the growing e-commerce sector.
