Abstract

While performing long thread lifting, how deep anchoring will be done is very important. This is because the temporal fascia creates much stronger fixing point than the subcutaneous fat layer. At the time of pinch, it is necessary to know which fascia in the temporal area is being pulled. The anchoring itself is a blind procedure; therefore the layer that thread hangs cannot be confirmed visually.
