Abstract

The quality of operational service can improve the market competitiveness of urban rail transit operators and improve the training level of rail transit service, which is conducive to the improvement of service level and the decrease of operating accident rate. In order to ensure the quality of operation and service training, promoting the construction of standardized training services is the only way. This paper analyzes the characteristics of standardized training and construction of operational service, puts forward the way of standardization construction, and analyzes the aspects of service management and other aspects, aiming at the standardization training of urban rail transit service and provides some ideas and reference.
