Abstract
Eileen is holistic. In seconds, she takes all the pieces and puts them together in ways that make sense. She connects people and ideas in the most empowering ways. Relationships are fundamental to her being and it shows in her parenting of her three wonderful children. Eileen is often the one who takes charge and makes a decision when the rest of the Sisters are still mulling over choices. She is quick and incredibly bright. I have learned that there is nothing Eileen cannot master even if she starts out not knowing. She is the one that makes sure all of the Sisters are heard and included. She takes the parts and makes us whole.
