Three-Dimensional (3D) Reconstruction Technique Based on Sequence Images
Overview of a 3D Reconstruction Technology
3D reconstruction of medical image sequences is surface reconstruction and simplification of datum. In order to understand and study the internal structure and changes in the relevant part of the body or organism, people use the analysis and synthesis methods. The decomposition process is a cluster of equally spaced parallel planes, and the relevant part of the body was cut into thin slices, about slicing it down into a sequence. By observing every slice, one can understand its internal structure and change. Synthesis process is observed with each slice, which will result in superimposing together in order to form the original form of the relevant part of the structure of space, which is the original model from the slice sequence. Slice of the decomposition process can be physiological slice, or CT scanning images, and MR images.
