Abstract

The success or failure of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) can be measured by applying various evaluation criteria. This paper looks at potential assessment criteria for a future PPP for Galileo, by answering the question “How is a future PPP for Galileo going to be judged, from a business and strategic point of view?”.
