Abstract
This chapter discusses the evolution of the rework station from the classic, manual diagnostic/repair function to the computer-aided repair station. Topics covered include rework efficiency, effectiveness, and time. Also a discussion on low-and high-speed networking and a test area management system is included. The intent is to cover all the facets of a PCB production test facility.
