Sample Matrix Effects on Injection and Sample Loading in Integrated Capillary Electrophoresis Devices
Conference paper
Abstract
It has been shown that geometrically defined sample plugs can be obtained with the double-T injector commonly used in microchip capillary electrophoresis devices. In this work, we attempt to describe and quantify the effects of sample and buffer ionic strength differences.
