Explaining Null-Prep in the L2 Grammar

Abstract
The fundamental question addressed in this book is how adult learners acquire their L2 grammars. In this concluding chapter, the acquisition findings and the linguistic analyses will be integrated to offer explanatory accounts of the L2 data; specifically we must account for the finding of null-prep in the L2 development of pied-piping and preposition stranding in English.
