Abstract

Miotic therapy is still one of the pillars of medical therapy in glaucoma. The drugs are known to all of you and are probably used by all of you. The new developments of miotic therapy are not in the drugs themselves but in the way of administration of the drug. It is however useful to evaluate what we are doing with miotic therapy and to realize that miotic therapy is not without problems.
